Step 1: We build your page
Your logo, colors and wording at your own address, like gatherratings.com/your-business. Each location gets its own page and its own Google review link.
Step 2: Customers scan or tap
Put the QR code or an NFC review card on tables and counters, print it on receipts, or send the link by text, WhatsApp or email after a visit.
Step 3: They rate you and post on Google
One tap on a star opens your Google review form. Customers who pick 1 to 3 stars can tell you what went wrong first. Everyone still gets to Google.

Do my customers need to download anything?
No. The page opens in any phone or computer browser, from a QR code or a link.
Does GatherRatings write or post reviews?
No. Customers write their own review on Google. GatherRatings makes it quick for them to get to your Google review form.
What happens when someone gives a low rating?
Customers who pick 1 to 3 stars can describe what went wrong. That note comes to you privately so you can follow up, and they can still continue to Google.
Can each of my locations have its own page?
Yes. Each location gets its own address, QR code, Google review link and stats, for example /your-business-downtown and /your-business-airport.
What if my page address changes later?
The old address forwards to the new one, so QR codes you've already printed keep working.
Do you work with businesses outside Pakistan and the US?
Yes. Review pages work in any country and in eight languages, and we set them up for you. Prices are shown in US dollars outside Pakistan.
Can you set up our Google Business Profile?
Yes. We set up new profiles and optimize existing ones as one-time services. See the prices under One-time services, then send us a message.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the month you've paid for. Yearly plans get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days. The details are in our Terms of Service.
Do I need a plan to use the NFC cards?
Yes. The cards open your GatherRatings review page, which comes with a plan, so you need an active plan for the cards to work. The plan also gives you the dashboard and low-rating alerts. The cards themselves are a one-time purchase.
Do the NFC review cards work with every phone?
Most recent iPhones and Android phones open the link with a tap and no app. If a phone doesn't support NFC, or has it turned off, the customer can scan your QR code instead.
Can someone reprogram my NFC card?
We lock each card after programming wherever the chip supports it, which stops it being rewritten to point anywhere else. Every card is configured and tested before we ship it.
